Individual therapy for adults provides emotional healing that can lead to improved life satisfaction, and online therapy is a convenient way to receive the care you deserve. We’ll use Simple Practice’s telehealth platform that meets HIPAA-compliant standards to ensure your privacy. People are often surprised to discover how natural and effective virtual therapy is.
My primary focus is Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based therapy that helps you gain perspective about your emotions and why they occur. This trauma-informed approach allows you to heal the most vulnerable aspects of yourself in a way that’s safe and properly paced to relieve symptoms and regain life balance.
I work with adults ranging from ages 18-65. I create an accepting, affirming space for people of all racial, gender, and sexual identities, so you’ll feel safe during therapy. I’ve worked with many types of people over time, including creative folks, medical professionals, new parents, and men looking for a confidential space to explore a range of life issues.
If you prefer to pay for therapy directly or utilize out-of-pocket benefits, I offer competitive rates for focused and effective care.
Private health insurance can sometimes make therapy services more affordable. Click the button to learn about the types of insurances I currently accept.
If you pay out-of-pocket for services, I’ll provide you with a Good Faith Estimate, so you can understand fees for each session and how much therapy would cost over six months.
